Samrawit Tekalign, “Sam,” is a Multidisciplinary Advisor in Public Health and a steward of Infrastructure and Service Oversight. With formal training in both Civil Engineering and Clinical Nursing, Sam brings a rare and valuable blend of technical precision, compassionate service, and administrative insight to board-level leadership.
Her career spans frontline healthcare delivery, community engagement, and government health administration—making her uniquely equipped to advise on systems that serve both people and infrastructure.
Success Pathways is honored to have Sam lead our initiative dedicated to serving women— especially young mothers and girls with unique needs. This includes support in health, hygiene, nutrition, medical care, scholarship access, education, career counseling, and entrepreneurship.
